You'd have to ask billcs as he'd be the only one that remembers, but apparently there was a huge army of Cody clones back then that charted lots of Canadian rock

This was the Top 10 from October 11, 1999. Hello Time Bomb and One Man Army both got to #2. The reporting panel was more domestic than international, and much more into alt.rock at the time, otherwise Britney's Baby One More Time would have got to #1 instead of #3 Only a few of us remain from back then!
