We should keep this 'thing' but make it with only number twos. We have been voting for the same songs for a long time. I know they're the number ones, but, maybe a change? Anyway, voted for Taylor.

Having my favorite Britney and Kelly song in one poll is agonizing to choose between. Went with Brit.

ooh @xfer that's a good idea. maybe doing #2's in 2015, #3's in 2016, etc. until we got to 100? i can't wait until we get to #76 hits so i can vote for "70's Whore" anyway, Evanescence

I'll consider that option; however, only the #1's are readily accessible without digging through all the charts (and I'm not sure if I have a lot of the older charts - I know billcs would have them though), so that's why I've been using the #1's. Anyway, "Because Of You" wins.

If anyone is interested I can pull numbers up to end of 2012, e.g. list of songs that peaked at #41 Unfortunately I haven't updated my archive since end of 2012. I did try earlier this year but lost six months of data that was compiled, which discouraged me until I got remotivated to do it. And if anyone wants to help me with that, well all you need to do is offer Oh and I abused my admin powers to unlock the survey and vote for Coldplay
