In recent years we have had delayed albums from artists like Hole, Ace Frehley, and even the infamous Guns 'N' Roses album Chinese Democracy, finally see releases. Bryan's "I'll believe it when I see it" post in the Song Contest thread influenced me to make this poll because I remember that's what he said about GNR's album. It's close between Aerosmith and Dr. Dre for me, but Dr. Dre is the only one who actually has a title therefore I think his album will come out first.

I think it will be Shania. She already released a single, and I can't see her delaying the album way too much. Maybe early next year she'll have the album out, or at least a new single and release date announced.

You're all WRONG! Van Halen released A Different Kind of Truth on February 7, 2012. After that Aerosmith released Music From Another Dimension on November 6, 2012 (two days before my puppy Minnie was born ), and then after that Dr. Dre scrapped Detox and instead released Compton almost a year ago on August 7, 2015. Shania and Lauryn, however, are STILL taking 80 years.

Van Halen's A Different Kind Of Truth came out in 2012. A few months later Aerosmith released Music From Another Dimension. Dr. Dre scrapped Detox in favor of Compton in 2015, and Shania Twain released her latest album whose title I can't remember earlier this month. LAURYN, WE'RE WAITING.

So at this point, everyone has released the album in question except for Lauryn. Interestingly, I was just looking at Lauryn's Wikipedia page a few days ago, and it made no mention of any upcoming material. I presume it's been scrapped.
