The last R&B album that I liked (all the way thru) was Aaliyah. Monica's After The Storm was close though.

This is the best R&B album I've heard in a LONG time. I really hope "To The Floor" gets released!!! I find it has little real "R" and not a shade of "B" so unless you mean Really Boring, it just don't fit either..

this album is nothing fantastic, and definately isn't ranked amongst any all-time lists, most of the songs are just going through the motions very unemotional (including that retched WBT) i honestly cannot wait for MARIAH (that Mimi crap is SOOOOOOOO annoying, much like XTina back in the day) to roll back to something more traditional and worth while.
Try again Mariah, this one in my books is a DUD.

It looks like Mariah herself has confirmed with MTV that "So Lonely" will be the fifth and final single off of The Emanicipation Of Mimi.

She's crazy. Stay The Night, Say Somethin' and Circles are much better choices, IMO. But I guess she has to validate the re-release even further by choosing atleast two out of the four new tracks. Eh, whatever. lol.

Eh, whatever. lol. Its weird.... ppl like Gwen Stefani release songs that suck and other artists have other great songs on their albums that are truly worth it and dont release all of them... for sure, you cant release each song of the album... lmao! (like Christina's Stripped album. )

So did anyone actually pick up the re-issued edition or whatever the heck it's called? I wouldn't have bought the original release, but now that there is a re-issue with a few more songs, I am sort of contemplating it. I think I'll take a listen to the whole album before I shell out the money. I liked "We Belong Together" for a while, but I'm so sick of it from hearing it too much. I don't think I enjoyed "It's Like That" or "Shake It Off" enough to buy an album for them. So it will depend on the rest of the songs, I suppose.
