The show has been on its 5th episode, I think, and it hasn't got a thread yet. Wow. Anyway, who watches this? I like Michelle, I think she'll go a long way!

I'm watching this season, but I'm scratching my head this season because: 1) Both tribes did not start on the same playing field - one tribe CLEARLY has a significant advantage over the other (being more nourished and winning luxury items) - I think this 'twist' has backfired on the producers as clearly one tribe is dominating (as expected). 2) Again, Exile Island has played a significant role so far. Aside from being the place to get info about the whereabouts of the idol, it has been pretty much useless. 3) Predictabilty - I wonder who's gonna go to tribal council next or rather, which Ravu member is gonna get voted off next? 4) With the exception of Earl and Yau-man, I don't care for any of the members on either tribe. Although I would LOVE to see Dreamz and Cassandra flip over to Ravu's side. That would just be nuts. 5) At the conclusion of last season's Survivor, there was also hype/promo that there's gonna be a controversial incident/situation that's gonna have all of us talking about? Errr....so where/when is it? 6) They really need to shake things up. I'm actually getting a little bored.

I wonder if the "controversial incident" is the fact that there are two immunity idols. They still need to find the first one so that the other can be brought into play! Hopefully they've got a few twists & turns up their sleeve or it's gonna be a looooooong season. Like Bry, I've noticed is that there aren't any likeable people this season. Each past season of the show has had the sneaky bastards you love to hate, who you know are gonna go far in the game. But they've also had likeable players who you know are gonna get booted off, but you root for them anyway. Earl & Yau-man are basically the only nice people this season, from what I can tell. Although I do like "Boo." You can't hate on someone who nicknames themself "Boo." From what I've seen of next week's previews, it looks like something big happens. Hopefully it'll shake things up.
