I agree - Game shows rock and reality shows suck
My favorite game shows: Millionaire, Wheel Of Fortune, Supermarket Sweep, Name that video, and Rockstar Jeopardy (last two were on VH1)

the price is right has gone a lot more upmarket this year...previously the showcases would be worth around AU$25,000, now the daily ones are worth around AU$550,000!! The cars and prizes are heaps nicer too...on wednesday's price is right, this guy had lined the showcase up, with 3 items left to reveal they offered him $50,000 or to keep going with the showcase - he took the 50k. They gave him one last chance to change his mind with only one item to be revealed, but he kept the 50k, and it turned out that had he not taken the money he would've won the $550,000 showcase !!!!

I would love to see this brought to GSN. But there's no way...not with Chuck Woolery hosting GSN's own Lingo.

That might convince them to add it. I know GSN owns the rights to everything in the Marc Goodson library except for one of my favorites which is Classic Concentration. NBC owns the rights to that one and aren't about to let it go.

That might convince them to add it. I get what you're saying, but I still say doubtful, since if they did, that's two shows involving putting together words that are hosted by the same host. I didn't know that...do know details on how they came to own the rights to all those shows? (I'm thinking this also excludes The Price is Right, but correct me if I'm wrong) Again, correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't this hosted by Alex Trebek? And why do NBC own the rights?
