Creed - With Arms Wide Open
this song would not have made this list had it not been played to death, alas it was played to death and became totally untolerable

I disagree with the choices of Jordan Knight and Natalie Imbruglia. ''Give It To You'' and ''Wishing I Was There'' were two excellent pop tracks.

Billie - Girlfriend
cheesy, trashy, pointless... all these elements give it a showing on the worst songs of all time

Goo Goo Dolls - Here Is Gone
i normally enjoy GGD's stuff... but this sounded too whiny, repetitive and dull for my liking... the fact it got drastic overplay did not help it's cause

Matchbox twenty - Disease
another group i usually like the stuff they release, but no matter how often i tried to listen to it... it's still horrible...

Maestro - 416/905 (TO Party Anthem)
i liked "Stick To Your Vision" and "U Got Da Best" but this was horrible, and the only reason it got the amount of airplay it did on MuchMusic is because of TO... which was pointless

Cardigans - Lovefool
nothing at all can make me enjoy this song, and the vice principal singing this in the hallways did not give it any added credit... i'm quite thankful this is no longer on rotation anywhere

Bruce Springsteen - The Rising
sorry if anybody likes this... but no matter what people say, i don't like it, i don't like to hear it, i don't like to talk about it... i'd just rather forget about it and move on

Dave Matthews Band - Where Are You Going
my first instinct to this song is to vomit, the whiny vocals, the very formulaic arrangements... and the overplay factor once again, either way, it's on this list.

Britney Spears - ...Baby One More Time
hated this from day one.. the cash cow formula was too much to handle, and very weak vocals to boot... CRAP! nothing else to add to this... NEXT!

Madonna - Ray Of Light
the beginning of the falling for Madonna... before this song the majority of her material kicked ass... now, it's all the same "trying to fit with the current in format" thing... she needs to give it up before she because a total irrelevant joke

The Tragically Hip - Bobcaygeon
to the Cancon fans, you know this... and you either like it, don't like it, or forgot about it... this is practically the only Downie lead vocals i'll never be able to stand because of it's whiny nature... they usually have good tunes though

Joss Stone - Fell In Love With A Boy
rip-off, boring, no emotion, no originality.... end of story
