The title of 110 is the same as the title of a 1972 film. The film is set in Georgia, which also happens to be the place of the artist's birth.
The male artist at 109 was born in the Bronx, and is of Puerto Rican descent.
The "band" at 107 had 2 other appearances, one earlier and one later than the song in question. Both of them were Bengino, but both failed to make my top 170. The earlier one, from the very start of the Bengino era, is about drugs and was edited for the radio version.

110. Bubba Sparxxx - Deliverance 107. Eminem D12 - My Band Both correct! That leaves 109. The male artist's first appearances on my chart where as a featured artist on a Jennifer Lopez remix, and as a main artist featuring Nelly.

102. At first, this artist's name sounds like it would be a band, but it's a solo performer. This was his earliest Pop appearance. 101. Remake of a 1973 hit, featuring its original artist. 100. This band, surprisingly, is tied for first place on my countdown for most entries, with 4, all of which made the top 100. This band, however, unlike the other, never charted on Pop again after this, and therefore had no pop hits during my time. 99. The only solo hit by the lead singer of a one-hit wonder band which had a huge Pop hit just before the start of the Bengino era. 98. The second of 2 top 10 hits by a band from Missouri which had just the 2 Bengino songs, and no other pop hits. 97. One-hit Italian dance artist. 96. One-hit band from New York, partially named after a city in New Jersey. 95. The very first pop appearance for an R&B singer who is widely known for his personality. 94. Before this song's release, this singer hadn't charted on Pop since the 1980's. 93. This R&B singer's first charted hit came in November 1996; JessieLou once had a special name for it. 92. This song's lyrics mention Prince, as well as 3 other artists who had hits during the Bengino era. 91. One of the most successful performers of the past 20 years, along with one of the most successful performers of the past 35 years. For both of them, it's one of the rare occasions in which the word "featuring" appears in either of their song credits. 90. This band has had only 1 hit during my time, but remains an M4B favorite to this day, and got to #5 for me as recently as late 2017. This was the first of their 2 Bengino hits. 89. The last pop hit by a female singer who recently released a new song which seems to be getting support on M4B, as expected. 88. The least successful Bengino hit by a Jamaican artist who recently had a song crash out. 87. One-hit Canadian hard rock. 86. The lead singer on this song had a top 5 hit during my time which was covered by a faceless artist, and then another faceless artist, within a month of its release.

Default - Wasting My Time? 102, 101, 99, 98, 97, 96, 91 and 88 are all correct. 94 is a very good guess, and it does fit the clue, although Kylie is higher up. You are correct, however, in that the singer is female, and isn't American. 93, right artist, wrong song. Differences is quite a bit higher, making this the only song of his left. 89 is also another very good guess, which does fit the clue, but the new song in question came out a bit after "Ashes", and the singer is American. 87, another good guess (I didn't even know Default was Canadian!), but Wasting My Time just missed, coming in at #190. The song in question predates Wasting My Time by about 6 months.

100 is by a band from California whose first Pop hit was in 1999.
The title of 95 contains a reference to an injury the performer suffered in 2003.
The lyrics to 92 also poke fun at a medical condition of an American politician who held office during the Bengino era.
90 is by a band which never had a #1 hit during my lifetime.....although VERY barely.
The featured artist on 86 already had a song revealed in this set.
