I know we have a separate thread for song titles used repeatedly in chart hits, but I couldn't find a thread for those which have had multiple No. 1 compositions. Since Paloma Faith's "Guilty" hit the top of my chart this week and became the 12th title for multiple times at No. 1, I thought I'd note which titles have done this on my charts: 1. Just the Way You Are Billy Joel Bruno Mars 2. Change of HeartEric Carmen Cyndi Lauper 3. Suddenly Olivia Newton-John/Cliff Richard Billy Ocean 4. Would I Lie to You?Eurythmics Charles and Eddie 5. DiamondsHerb Alpert with Janet Jackson Rihanna 6. True LoveGlenn Frey Vince Gill and Amy Grant 7. Love IsAlannah Myles Vanessa Williams and Brian McKnight 8. Hold My HandHootie and the Blowfish Michael Jackson and Akon 9. This Kind of LoveSister Hazel George Michael 10. GuiltyBarbra Streisand/Barry Gibb Paloma Faith One title has gone to the top three times: RunCollective Soul George Strait Leona Lewis And the top title? This one is the title of four different No. 1 songs! CrazyIcehouse Seal K-Ci and Jojo Gnarls Barkley

This only happened once on my chart - "When We Were Young" reached #1 for Dolores O'Riordan in 2007, and then again in 2016 for Adele.

#1's with same titles:
One - George One - Mary J Blige & U2 The Game - End Of Fashion The Game - Regurgitator (those two hit #1 within a month of each other in 2006)
Take Me Home - Pentatonix Take Me Home - Sophie Ellis Bextor Heaven - Alex Adair Heaven - DJ Sammy & Yanou featuring Do Hello - Adele Hello - The Cat Empire
Beautiful would've been another if not for 'that' #.....

It's only happened once for me: "Closer" by Tegan & Sara in 2013, and by the Chainsmokers in 2016.
If you don't count parenthetical subtitles, there would be one other: "Hello (Turn Your Radio On)" by Queensberry in 2010, and just "Hello" by Martin Solveig in 2011.

It's happened three times, including with my #1 at the time of this post:
I BELIEVE by Jai in 1998 I BELIEVE by Bright Light Bright Light in 2014
MY MY MY by Armand Van Helden in 2005 MY MY MY! by Troye Sivan in 2018
SMILE by Mikky Ekko in 2015 SMILE by Dyrisk featuring Nik Ernst in 2018
Plus as an option there's CRUSH by David Archuleta in 2008 preceded by 2002's parenthetical CRUSH (1980 ME) by Darren Hayes.

Added "Sober" to this - Demi Lovato's current #1 joins Kelly Clarkson's chart-topper from 2007 (in case you were wondering, Pink's song peaked at #4.)
