Same Bryan
OK I don't have a complete list but I can say that Cimorelli's I'm A Mess which I've been charting since late May 2015, has yet to even sniff #1. That's not even the longest run. The honor goes to their song That Girl Should Be Me which is nearing 100 weeks on my countdown, and has still only peaked at #2 (The Letter Black denied Cim in 2014 from #1)
I have plenty of others but I would have to check through all the past charts.

11 consecutive appearances (22 weeks): Adele - Rolling In The Deep (#2, 2011) - my chart rule is for songs to leave after 10 appearances, unless they move up. Rolling In The Deep moved up 4-2 in its final appearance.
Other non-consecutive appearances/re-entries:
19 appearances (38 weeks): Adam Tyler - I Won't Let You Go - original version charted in 2011, remix in 2014, both peaked at #5 17 appearances (34 weeks): Ryan Star - Last Train Home - original entry peaked at #19, re-entry got to #4 16 appearances (32 weeks): Nelson Clemente - You Want Me Don't You - original version charted in 2008, remix in 2009, both peaked at #3 14 appearances (28 weeks): Monsieur Adi featuring A*M*E - What's Going On - in 2013, original entry peaked at #18 and was removed after official release was delayed, re-entry got to #2 once released
Only two songs have re-entered and got to #1: Robbie Williams - Millennium, 1999 Rune RK & DATABOY - Memorize Me, 2011/12 - official release was delayed and removed from the chart, then re-entered once released
