Those are correct!
For the remaining song - the artist's first song had a title that charted twice before - once by Roberta Flack and again by Carly Simon (remember - the song in question was the artist's fourth song).

Joshua Kadison - Take It On Faith?

You must have referred to Kadison's wiki page, as, for some reason, the song does not appear on the list of singles (must have been an album cut). Anyway, "Take It On Faith" was actually his fifth chart entry; his fourth one was off of "Painted Desert Serenade". Look at a listing of the songs on that album, and refer to my earlier clue (about Delilah) and see if you can make the connection.

You got it!
2420) A place where young troublemakers might end up.
2419) A song that has a similar subject matter as Atlantic Starr's first Top Ten hit.
2418) A song you might sing through your porch intercom to your irate girlfriend?
2417) This song had the same title as Gloria Estefan's first solo hit. It's the second appearance on the list for the man who sings it.
2416) The only Top 40 hit from a vocal quartet named after the street they lived on during their childhood.
GOOD LUCK!!

Well, you got the first one right!
A few slightly easier clues:
2420) This was the type of song that did not generally appear on my charts - the kind of music that there is simply way too much of on the charts today.
2419) The band who sang this - their chart career more than spanned the time frame used for this list.
2418) My first clue was actually a late-90s movie reference.
2417) Already got this one.
2416) This song was from the same year as the one you guessed.

Yup! On we go...
2415) The man who had the #1 song the day I was born was back nine years later covering the "Big O".
2414) A popular musical instrument is used to symbolize integration.
2413) Something a mommy might say to her kid when he gets a boo-boo.
2412) An earlier song from a man who changed his name several times throughout his chart career. A song with the same title was a big AC hit by Curtis Stigers in 1995.
2411) This song's title was changed so as not to be confused with a song by the Boss.
GOOD LUCK!!

Darn! You just missed getting a clean sweep (but that's because the remaining song is an obscure one).
It is a Diane Warren song that was originally recorded by Milli Vanilli for their Moment Of Truth album. It became an AC hit for a contemporary Christian singer several years later.
