well the opening night show is almost over.
there are 14 housemates. Actually, that's not entirely true - there are 15. However, one of the housemates in the house already is an imposter, and his identical twin brother is in lockdown near the house......they are going to interchange over the next two weeks and if they can keep the housemates from knowing their secret after two weeks, then they will both be in the house as housemates....if not, then i believe the one that entered the house will stay there. The problem for the one in lockdown is that he's got no contact with any of the current housemates or anything, so when he goes in and his twin goes out, he won't know what his twin has told the other housemates or what sleeping arrangements are etc..
also, there's $1 mil up for grabs (same as last year), however, for every rule breach they lose $5000.....last year they broke the rules 17 times in one week (mostly microphone breaches), which equates to $85000 (almost 1/10th of the total prizemoney!)....so the winner can technically leave empty-handed.

the first swap of the twins has just occured live on television. logan (david), already in the house, just swapped with logan (greg). logan (greg) was led from the isolation room to the diary room where he swapped clothes (including underwear) with logan (david). they then had 3 minutes to swap information, and logan (david) is now in the house. they haven't picked up on it at all yet, it's quite funny actually.

his name is simon, hotdogs is his nickname. also, kate's name is actually michelle, but there's another one in there.
the housemates have already had $10,000 taken off their initial $1mil prizemoney.

it has been a fascinating week on Big Brother....
The big news is that two of the housemates could be kicked out of the house on Sunday for lying to Big Brother about their marital status before entering the house....both of them said they were single to get in when in fact they're in relationships.
Also, the Friday Night Live tasks begin tonight with the winner becoming 'head of the household' (similar to the US version) for a week. From BBT: 'They will spend the weekend in a luxury room and they can take one other housemate in with them. They can both delgate which housemate does what chores around the house, such as cooking, cleaning and gardening.
They will also get immunity from nominations the following Monday night.
On top of this, Big Brother will be dropping the kids off for the weekend, that is, two lambs, two kid goats, two piglets and an alpaca.'
And this week has seen plenty of pashing and bitching and other stuff amongst the housemates....and the logans have continued to swap places.

some big events over the past few days. from behindbigbrother:
"Lying housemates will be isolated News Limited Online reports the 'lying' housemates will be isolated from the rest of the group tonight.
Nelson and Constance have again been highlighted, but BBBA has heard other housemates lied to get into the house, including the Logan twins, who apparently told audition crew one of them was bisexual.
Fans are unsure whether the offending housemates will simply be locked away as punishment or will enter the rumoured "bedsit" - an idea used in last year's Big Brother UK. "
also, the Logans have been caught today by the other housemates. One of them got cuts on his shoulder from a (presumably broken) window, and then big brother swapped them, and the other housemates asked him to show them and when he refused they suddenly realized there were, in fact, two Logans.

Tonight's nomination show was interesting.
The three liars, Constance, Dean and Nelson, are all up for eviction - however, it is a special eviction that will occur tomorrow night, and two of them will be evicted. They don't know it will happen so soon.
The three 'normal' housemates up for eviction are Tim, Geneva and Angela. Michelle actually was in the top 3, however, Glenn used his win from Friday night's show to remove three points from her tally, thus pushing Angela into the top 3.
