people in the U.S. don't recall that his version of "Play That Funky Music" hit the top 10! I think it actually peaked @ #12 on R&R.

I think it actually peaked @ #12 on R&R. Sorry to be snobby about my U.S. chart positions, but I go by the Billboard Hot 100! I'll have to take your word on the R&R peak. Regardless of which chart you go by, the bottom line is that Vanilla Ice is NOT a one-hit wonder, even though they put him on those poorly researched countdown specials like "VH1's 100 Greatest One-Hit Wonders."

When was that on? I don't remember that They show that one "all the time." It's hosted by Captain Kirk himself (William Shatner). I just saw parts of it for the third or fourth time over Labor Day weekend.

NO NO NO Jojo Rocks! She will have lots more hits than "Leave". I agree that JoJo rocks, but "Not That Kinda Girl" would've been a better single choice than "Baby It's You".

Despite not being the biggest fan of "Leave (Get Out)," I voted for no.
The girl has talent, you have to give her at. Now, it's rather obvious right now that the combination of her voice and age are what's driving her success. You don't have many 13 year olds with that much power.
Whether her career with continue as it is is up in the air right now, but if her music doesn't work out, she can try other things.
Have you seen interviews and whatnot with this girl? She has an amazing presence to her. She's very well spoken, and confident. I think that should her singing fizzle out, she could easily try another venue, like acting.

Not at all. JoJo's voice ensures her success, I feel. I do honestly believe that JoJo will be the next Britney/Christina, in terms of popularity. She's got what it takes, and then some.
